People often have questions about their holiday and the place they are staying, so we have attempted to put together some answers to the more common questions we receive.

Q. Do you take dogs?

A. Yes, we accept two dogs, which are charged at £30 each. Dogs are allowed downstairs and we ask that you keep them off the furniture. If needed there are two sets of kennels at the farmhouse, which you are welcome to use.

Q. Is the garden dog friendly?

A. The garden is secure and suitable for dogs, however there is a fenced pond where birds can often be seen within the garden that may attract dogs. If needed there are two sets of kennels with runs at the farmhouse.

Q. Do you have any equipment for babies?

A. Yes, we have a travel cot and a high chair, which are available at no additional cost. We also have stairgates fitted at both the top and bottom of the stairs. Please request the cot and high chair when booking.

Q. Do you have mobile reception at the farmhouse?

A. Some providers will receive a limited signal at the farmhouse, however there is WiFi provided.

Q. Is there WiFi?

A. Yes WiFi is included in the price.

Q. What is the changeover day?

A. Normally our changeover day is a Saturday, however we can normally be a little more flexible outside of the school holidays. check availability

Q. Do you accept short breaks?

A. Yes, outside of the school holidays we accept short breaks, with the minimum stay being three nights. check availability

Q. How far is the local pub?

A. The Sportsmans Inn is located less than a mile away from the farmhouse. This walk is all level. view all places to ear nearby

Q. How do I book?

A. You can book Litton Farm either online on our booking page or by contacting My Favourite Cottages via email or on 01271 377 432. To secure a booking we require a 30% deposit with the outstanding balance due eight weeks prior to your arrival.

Q. How do I pay?

A. Payment methods accepted include PayPal (online booking only), credit/debit card, bank transfer and cheque.

Q. What is the security deposit?

A. A £200 refundable security deposit is taken with the balance. This is to cover any damage that may occur when staying onsite. All being well it is returned to you within seven working days of your departure.

Q. What is included in the price?

A. Included in the price of the cottage is all bed linen and towels, as well as WiFi and utilities. If need a cot and high chair can also be provided at no additional cost.

Q. Where is the nearest beach?

A. The nearest beach is Minehead, which is around 20 miles away. A smaller beach can also be found at Lynmouth, which is only 15 miles away. see all nearby beaches
